-submission should be sent into the correct folder (we will decline it otherwise - seriously, it is an automatic decline, regardless how stunning your photo is!).-submission should be sent into the correct folder (we will decline it otherwise - seriously, it is an automatic decline, regardless how stunning your photo is!).
Note to mods
This is a manip and its in the wrong folder. It should have been declined if you have any respect for your own rules

While I respect the fact that everybody is entitled to their own opinion, I'd just like to point out that the entire effect in this image was captured entirely in camera, using a variety of filters and the available lighting. Granted, the lightness was raised slightly and a small crop was applied to adjust the composition in post-process, but apart from this, I'd like to know what makes you think that this is a manipulation.

Oh, and you might want to address this post to the group and moderators in question, and not the comments page of the deviation.

Add more contrast or darkening on the lower portion of the "port." Oh, and try to remove the boat :)

So you can make it look symmetrical :)

A cracking shot.I love your processing and the effects of the long exposure which gives it that surreal look that tablelander mentioned.Would love to see this without the boats just as a comparison. One minor nit, unless it's an optical illusion is the horizon seems tilted.

Cheers for the comments.Unfortunately the boats seem to be a permanent fixture at this time of night. And you could be right about the horizon, rookie mistake on my part.;)
